My fupa is big after a tummy tuck

A tummy tuck surgery helps people who want to remove excess skin and fats under the tummy, following enormous weight loss or pregnancy. This procedure will give you a slimmer and a tighter looking tummy. After the procedure, the tummy may appear flat in appearance. Most of the time there will be some swelling but it will eventually disappear. Now, since the FUPA is located above the pelvic region and this happens to be the lowest part of the torso, the law of gravity applies, whereby all fluids and swelling will, as a matter of course, accumulate in this area resulting in a significant bulge. Do not worry though because the swelling will subside in due time.
