I don’t have any words to describe how absolutely phenomenal Dr Cortes and his team are! He is not only a surgeon, but an artist. I spent FIVE years doing my research for my buttock implant procedure, and traveled all the way from MA to TX to have my procedure done. He is very honest and upfront about results and what to expect, and I was always treated like gold by him and his staff (Jane and Jennifer are the two people I worked most closely with). Being from out of state, it means a lot that they always make themselves available by phone or email if I have questions / concerns. I am about 1 month post op now and I still can’t pass by a mirror without looking at the amazing body that Dr. Hourglass gave me! I am already planning my second procedure 🙂

Jennifer was the best and very knowledgeable and will help you understand the entire process. She’s also knowledgeable in the products and always have the best most friendly attitude. She made my experience comfortable.

Dr. Cortes was amazing he had me in and out of surgery in no time. The staff was incredible and efficient in particular Jennifer who happens to be the nurse that gets to see me every time I come in she’s always in a good mood, ready to help, and is always available to answer my questions. I scheduled and rescheduled the consultation with Dr. Cortes for like three times. I so wanted to get the Brazilian butt lift, but I was afraid of the patient. My sister told me to just have the consultation and talk to the doctor about my fears and if I am not comfortable, I don’t have to get through with it. After the first ten minutes with doctor Cortes I knew I will be ok to have the surgery. He explained that the BBL is less invasive compared to the butt implants and the results are all natural, few and rare post-op complications and the pain is not so intense because the muscles are not sectioned like when the butt implants are inserted. He gave me so much confidence, it was like I could have got the surgery immediately! I was scheduled two months and a half from the time of the consultation, dr. Cortes is booked months in advance, but for me it was ok. He explained that it is not possible to get the surgery immediately, I needed to do blood tests and prepare a little.

I am completely thrilled with Dr. Cortes and his staff. He was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was super supportive before, during an after the procedure. Put all doubt behind you because Dr. Cortes is everything he says he is!!! Worth every penny!!

I was looking at before and after pics with booties for like months before I ended up on dr. Cortes social media and this is when I knew I found my guy! The pics are just amazing and the fact that I got a chance to also see him perform surgery live was a big plus. I liked that he is dedicated to teaching patients and giving advices and I understood for the first time ever why some can get really botched results even when they have surgery with a good surgeon. Dr. Cortes explained that his work needs to be supported and sustained by my efforts and things can turn up bad if I don’t follow the instructions, so I was a good girl during recovery. I had a procedure called the hourglass buttock augmentation which is something that dr. Cortes developed and performs with high success for some time now. I got the butts of my dreams after the surgery, but the swelling went down in like two months. Now I can’t stop starring at myself in all the windows.
Shopping was never as fun as it is now when everything looks good on me. I used to think clothes don’t have the right cut, but it was actually my body that didn’t have the right cut and now that it does, I can wear anything. This was never possible, not even as a teenager. My body has curves, but is also thin and everything looks good when I put them on. For the first time I don’t have to worry about this and that, I just buy the models that I like and this is it, as simple as this. I recommend dr. Cortes, but more than me, his work recommends him, so if you want a bootie job, go online and check his work and you’ll be convinced.

I’m happy, happy, happy and I only have doctor Cortes to thank for this. Almost a year ago I had an hourglass mommy makeover with him and now I look like I’m not even a mommy, which is absolutely fabulous. Many people would be offended if people would ask them if they are the nanny of their own kids, but certainly not me because I know why this happens. I have three kids and when I take them all to the park and everybody asks if I’m the nanny I know they do because they think there is no way to have this body and three kids, and I am probably the sexy aupair from god knows where! It is so funny and I feel amazing in my new body. My attitude changed completely and now I am more opened to see the good in me and in others too.

Dr. Cortes work is impeccable! I got a tummy tuck with lipo and fat transfer to my hips. I got the hourglass figure I could never achieve at the gym! I am very well pleased with my results. His staff are so helpful and welcoming! Highly recommend him!

My story is rather sad, not is, better say was, but also very common and I want to talk about it so maybe others will see it and make better decisions for themselves. I was a dedicated wife, then a mother of three boys that we had together and three kids he had from a previous relationship who also lived with us. All my time, effort and the little money I had were put towards making the kids and husband happy and thought this was my happiness. I was happy to cook them dinner every evening, then serve them the food and then clean the table and do the dishes while they all minded their business. My husband was in charge of the finances, I didn’t miss anything, so what’s not to be happy. Until he left and left me with our three kids and took the others and sent them to their mom. With the little money that was left I went in to see doctor Cortes and had surgery with him and it was the best money spent in my life. I got a mommy makeover, so breasts and tummy too and five months after the surgery I was high on my horse, with a new job and more confident than ever.
