Dr.Cortes is the best you’ll come by in this industry! He recently did my mommy make over and I’m overly excited with my results. Definitely can’t get this Hourglass Shape from anywhere else.

I recently had my mommy makeover done by Dr.Cortes and I am delighted by my beautiful results. The whole office was very professional and so caring before my operation and post operation. Dr.Cortes is the absolute best you’ll ever come by, thanks to him and his team I’ll be strutting my brand new body in no time!

Something that I will never forget about my tummy tuck with dr. Cortes was how worried I was just before the procedure and how he handled the situation and made me feel better and positive. His staff is also incredible and it was a real deal for me to be helped by people so nice. I told him that I will recommend him to all my friends and all the people I know because he is just so talented and his work is phenomenal. Dr. Cortes is the surgeon you want on your team when you are not happy with the aspect of your body and you want a doctor to do miracles and give you the nice looking body back. I had fat deposits and saggy skin after two pregnancies, now I look like a virgin, if you know what I mean!

What I tell doctor Cortes each time I go for a check up is that he did a much better job than mother nature and he is much more talented than her too! I mean my body before the surgery was regular, nothing to write home about, maybe the sagginess on the tummy and the fat, but those would have been negatives, other than this, nothing impressive. I had an hourglass tummy tuck with a breast lift and now I look like a celebrity, no jokes about it. I adore my body and I can’t believe it is possible nowadays to dream of a body and actually get it. I look now like in my wildest dreams and it was doctor Cortes who made it possible for me. The procedure was about four hours long, I didn’t have any complications and I am telling you, girls, go for it if you want to have the body of your dreams.

My story is rather sad, not is, better say was, but also very common and I want to talk about it so maybe others will see it and make better decisions for themselves. I was a dedicated wife, then a mother of three boys that we had together and three kids he had from a previous relationship who also lived with us. I scheduled and rescheduled the consultation with Dr. Cortes for like three times. I so wanted to get the Brazilian butt lift, but I was afraid of the patient. My sister told me to just have the consultation and talk to the doctor about my fears and if I am not comfortable, I don’t have to get through with it. After the first ten minutes with doctor Cortes I knew I will be ok to have the surgery. He explained that the BBL is less invasive compared to the butt implants and the results are all natural, few and rare post-op complications and the pain is not so intense because the muscles are not sectioned like when the butt implants are inserted. He gave me so much confidence, it was like I could have got the surgery immediately! I was scheduled two months and a half from the time of the consultation, dr. Cortes is booked months in advance, but for me it was ok. He explained that it is not possible to get the surgery immediately, I needed to do blood tests and prepare a little.
The surgery day was ok, nothing special to report, not too much pain or anything. After I got home I struggled a bit with sleeping on the tummy and getting off the bed without help, but I got used to it in a few days. I had some questions about showing and cleaning the area so I called Janiris, the office manager, you won’t believe how kind and professional are these people, I absolutely adore them!
I’m grateful I met doctor Cortes and he did my BBL. I was scared of the surgery and I think that if I would have had the consultation with another doctor I would have never gone through with the procedure. Dr. Cortes is easy to trust and rely on because he is so friendly and experienced. So if you have a fear of pain, doctors and hospitals in general, try doctor Cortes and you’ll be ok.

Getting plastic surgery in my late 40s was probably the best decision I ever made about my wellbeing. There is nothing that compares to feeling young and more importantly looking young when life has already took its tool on you. I had three children, all grown up now and I was free to do what I wanted with my time and money, so I went in and had a mommy makeover with doctor Cortes. You might think I was a bit old for a mommy makeover, but apparently this was the right procedure for me, as I needed some lipo and some work done both at the tummy and the breasts. I got great results and now I’m a walking, talking advertisement for doctor Cortes!

I need some advice before taking the plunge. I have my surgery scheduled in four days, the hourglass butt augmentation with dr Cortes. The consultation with him was great, but I wanted to ask you how did you feel after the anesthesia and if you did something to feel better immediately after. I have had a bad experience with general anesthesia before, it takes forever to wake up from it and I feel like I was hit by a bus after waking up. I told the dr this and he said everything will be ok and I shouldn’t worry, but I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced something similar and have some advice for me. I will try to eat light the days before the surgery and mostly fresh fruits, avoid fried foods and overly processed foods, alcohol and caffeine, other ideas would be highly appreciated. I will also try to drink plenty of water in the days before, but I don’t know how much this will help.
I am not concerned about the surgery as it is, I have all confidence that dr Cortes will do an amazing job. We talked a lot about the recovery and the results during the consultation and I have been looking at before and after pics of his former patients for months, so I am really ok with him doing the surgery and I trust him completely. It is just this small issue of the general anesthesia. My mom was so scared for me the last time when I had issues waking up and this made a lasting impression on me and now I am a bit scared. Dr Cortes said there won’t be any issues and if it happened once this is no indication that it will happen every time, more than this he ensured me that the anesthesia is done by a board-certified anesthetist and I will be monitored non-stop, so all should be good. I am just thinking if maybe there is something that I could do before the surgery to make sure there are no anesthesia complications. Thanks girls!

I had my (hopefully) last baby three years ago and since then I’ve been fighting this feeling of being just a mom and less of a woman. I don’t know how to explain it but I guess many women feel it. When the house is full with children, you tend to become more of a provider and a carer, than the sexy, alluring woman you were before the pregnancy happened. My husband told me once he missed me. I thought it’s so crazy, we spend all evenings and weekends together, we are very fortunate compared to other couples and families, but it was only later on that I realized what he meant. He missed me, as in his sweetheart, not the mother of his children. And in a way, I missed myself too, but probably not as often as him. With time and with the kids becoming more and more independent I knew I had to do something to reconnect with my husband and with me. But it was hard to do this when I didn’t feel like me anymore. I started watching doctor Cortes videos on youtube just for fun, learning this and that. I started looking at before and after pictures of his patients on social media and this is when it hit me that I really really really want to get surgery too so I can get ME back.
The first consultation with Doctor Cortes was not really as expected. He is very calm and composed and very firm when he speaks. He told me what the recovery period entails and asked if I think I can go through with it. I told him I have four kids at home and he was worried I would have difficulties to keep up with my responsibilities at home during the recovery period. But I talked to my in laws to live with us for the first two weeks after my surgery so my husband has some help with the kids and I can do my own thing without worrying they will starve to death or miss school because I had plastic surgery.
I felt very comfortable with doctor Cortes and also with his team. I also met Janiris, doctor Cortes’s wife and she said we will keep in touch after the surgery too, so my recovery period will be monitored by the doctor and the staff at the practice. I feel confident to proceed and I can’t wait to see my new curves after the surgery!

In two days I’m having an hourglass tummy tuck with dr Cortes and I’m excited and anxious at the same time, I can’t think of anything else. I spent this week cleaning the house and going grocery shopping and then cooking, and more cleaning, just to keep myself busy. The times seems to go so slow now, it’s crazy. I had the procedure scheduled two months ago, after the first consultation with dr Cortes. It was a hit and run business, as in we hit it off right away and scheduled the surgery when the consultation was done. I kinda knew what to expect in terms of costs and Brianna confirmed that my estimate was correct when she gave me a quote after the consultation with the surgeon. It’s not cheap, I’ll tell you this, but who wants cheap plastic surgery? Really now, all I want is the beautiful hourglass shape and to get rid once and for all of the skin sagginess on the tummy. Dr Cortes said that even some of the stretch marks will disappear with the skin excision, so I am really looking forward to that because I am so sick and tired of those obnoxious stretch marks that make me look like an old zebra. I fell like for the last two years I’ve been postponing everything. Starting with seeing friends and even getting a new pair of jeans or new clothes. Believe it or not, I’m still wearing the maternity jeans, but they are so comfy and they don’t cut into the folds on the tummy which is a big deal for me. I feel that I have spent so much time in leggings and maternity clothes over the last few years that it will be difficult to see myself getting dressed in nice clothes again. But I hope that after the surgery and with new confidence, I’ll get back to the strong, beautiful woman I was before getting pregnant the first time.
I have so much plans for after the surgery, places to go, people to see, I just can’t wait. Dr Cortes told me it will be a few months until making a complete recovery after the surgery, but I am already making plans for a holiday with just my husband, to really enjoy my new body shape. I am so positive and confident that I will look just the way I want and I just want to get it over with the surgery asap ????
