There are people who have plastic surgery and then talk bad about the doctor they had the surgery with or they get botched results and so on. With dr. Cortes I don’t think this is possible because he has a plan. I mean there is a plan for everything, how to prepare for the surgery a month in advance, what to do the day of the surgery, what to do the day after the surgery, then the week after and so on until you are off the woods. This is important because what the patient does during recovery is important too, not only what the doctor does during the surgery. I had the hourglass butt augmentation and the doctor put fat in the butts and hips and he specifically told me not to smoke and not to do exercises until the fat has settled, otherwise I will lose it. And I did what he said. Ah, not to mention not sleeping on the back or the sides, which was rather difficult for me.
All in all, my hourglass butt augmentation was a good experience and this is mostly thanks to dr. Cortes and his good advices. Also, his staff is always there to answer questions or help, if you needed it and this can make all the difference, especially when you are faced with making a tough decision and don’t know which way to go to be ok. The level of care received from dr. Cortes and his staff was off the charts and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plastic surgery. More than this, he is a very fair person and never tries to make things better or worse to serve his purpose. I had my (hopefully) last baby three years ago and since then I’ve been fighting this feeling of being just a mom and less of a woman. I don’t know how to explain it but I guess many women feel it. When the house is full with children, you tend to become more of a provider and a carer, than the sexy, alluring woman you were before the pregnancy happened. My husband told me once he missed me. I thought it’s so crazy, we spend all evenings and weekends together, we are very fortunate compared to other couples and families, but it was only later on that I realized what he meant. But I talked to my in laws to live with us for the first two weeks after my surgery so my husband has some help with the kids and I can do my own thing without worrying they will starve to death or miss school because I had plastic surgery.

I was so looking forward to a bit of hope of improvement for my body that was making me so disappointed every day. I’m day three after my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Cortes, the pain has subsided and I am feeling more human. It wasn’t simple, I’ll tell you this. The day I got home from the hospital I felt that nothing changed, aside from a feeling of being tired, I felt like I could do things around the house, talked to my hubby without getting too tired or speechless, but once I fell asleep, I woke up in pain and like the first day didn’t existed. I couldn’t find the pills fast enough. In the evenings and at night the pain is worse and it is accentuated by the fact that I can’t sleep on my back at all. My hubby said he’ll get more pillows and arrange them so I will feel better, but he didn’t get a chance to go shopping yet. Other people told me that the pain will last no longer than a week, but right now it feels it will take forever this week.

So accommodating and kind and friendly and at the same time very professional. Now we have another follow up consultation in a few days, I hope he’ll say everything is ok.
The breasts are really big, I think a bit bigger than I expected, and they feel like rocks at this point. I have a tension sensation in the chest, probably the implants stretching the tissues. At this point is not very comfortable, but Dr. Cortes explained it is only temporary and normal. I’m looking forward to see how it will evolve in time and when the breasts will descend and soften.
