I was looking for an outfit for my 40th birthday party and I realized that nothing I owned looked good or me or made me feel good about myself. A day and a party that should have made me very happy turned into something sour. I was not happy with how I looked, I was not happy with how my clothes fit, I wanted to look good again and to feel good about myself.
The day after I started going to the gym and completely changed the way I eat thanks to the recommendations of a nutritionist, but somehow despite losing weight, my body still didn’t look how I wanted it to look. Before the weight loss I had a thick waist and a lot of fat accumulation in the midline. After the pounds started to shed off, the fat turned into saggy skin. I still couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted and I was certainly not feeling great to take my clothes of. I never thought I would have more issues to take my clothes off as a thin person rather than when I was overweight, but the saggy skin was so unappealing.
I met Dr. Cortes at the recommendation of a friend who was following him and his work on Youtube. She had scheduled surgery with him too and was very pleased after the first meeting so I gave it a try too.
Dr. Cortes is an amazing person and I couldn’t believe how at ease I felt in his presence. He is patient, asks questions and answers questions, it was a real dialogue and this made me feel confident about the surgery. He recommended an hourglass tummy tuck and promised that my midline will be completely different after. He was so right!!!!
The first days after the procedure I was a bit dizzy and it was uncomfortable to walk with the back bent forward, but the doctor explained that this is necessary not to put pressure on the incisions. It was about a month after the procedure that I started noticing the amazing results of the surgery. It was like my midline was sculpted into this beautiful shape. My waist was smaller and my hips were wider. I had such curves, I felt like a celebrity! I even asked the doctor when I saw him for the three months follow up if everybody can get curves like this because it is soooo hot!

I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable at every step in the process. My results are perfect and natural, which is all thanks to Dr. Cortes who told me not to go bigger (He was so right). I felt great the next day and was out and about. Truly such a great experience from start to finish! I am so happy now. Every time I look in the mirror or put on any shirt I just radiate confidence. I think people who are naturally self-conscious about a lot of things should avoid surgery but for me it was really just the size of my boobs as they didn’t match my body type. Now I feel fabulous 🙂 *

Loved his work, love the new me, and I will go back with him if I need another procedure done in the future … And yes ladies I was brain washed by other ladies not to come here but I see his work on snap chat, instergtam and decided to do it and I’m one happy Client and I’m happy to know I didn’t listen to negative ladies, listen to the ladies that HAVE GOT done procedures by him Only and trust me you will be happy as me. DON’T the listen to ladies that say “I heard” as my experience I got a extended tummy tuck, liposuction on my stomach and liposuction on my back , fat transfer to my hips and from 1-10 I had maybe a #1 on less pain , I never took a pain pill he gave me , I just took over the counter regular pills, I was walking the 2nd day and 3rd day I was cleaning and cooking , a week later return to work as a nail tech , so I took his advice I was not sick so not to stay in bed ,, all day so I did listen .. now I’m 8 wop now going to the gym and very happy for my results , I lost 20lbs from one day to another . I just got a tummy tuck and by far i have not had any complications. It’s only been a month and i really like my results. I would recommend Dr. Cortez because of his work well done. I can only imagine what my final result will look like after all my swelling goes down.

After discussion with various doctors/surgeons, I finally selected Dr Wilberto for Butt Augmentation. He knows his job and well experience. He made me comfortable and revealed all pros and cons. His bed side manner was awesome. Staff was supportive but they are too busy due to heavy rush of patients.
