I had the Brazilian butt lift done in June. It’s been almost 3 months and I have to say this was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I did a lot of research before i made my decision and a lot of girls would say how painful it was, that they regretted doing it, it may be that I have a high tolerance to pain, but the procedure was virtually painless I stopped taking the pain medication 2 days after the procedure. Wearing the compression garment was a bit uncomfortable and getting used to sleeping in my tummy all the time was a bit hard, but not that bad. Recovery was a breeze, I was back to normal within a week, but I have refrained from doing anything that would negatively impact my result. I am so happy, (my husband happier!) With the results. I receive complements from strangers! which is something I’m not used to. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cortez to anyone, which I have already done.

To begin, I would like to say that not only are Dr. Cortes one of the best at what they do, but they are also warming and make you feel important during every appointment you go to. They put time into their work and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. When I got my nose done he made it look natural, as if nothing had been touched. The two work like a dream team and I would seriously recommend coming here.

I went to Dr. Cortes for a tummy tuck after having delivered twins. I was so incredibly nervous (I actually passed out in the office). He made me feel so comfortable and even though I felt so dumb for passing out in front of him, he reacted so quickly and acted like it was no big deal. He answered all of my questions and asked questions himself to give me exactly what I was looking for. He has such reasonable prices, and the work itself is incredible! I get compliments all the time on the work he did and actually have friends going to him. He really takes care of his patients and I would recommend him to everyone!

Had my first cosmetic surgery ever last June 22.
I was literally flat chested and wanted 700cc. I ended up getting 650cc. It was just a month and a week but my breast looks phenominal! It dropped dramatically in a very short period of time! I am very happy. And the fact that it’s been only a month, I can’t wait now for the ultimate result!!!

Let me start by saying that after two previous breast surgeries, Dr. Cortes finally was able to give me what I have desired all along! He offers consultations at no charge, answers all your questions, gives honest opinions and gives you realistic expectations. He operates at a surgery center so you feel so well taken care of, and he called me personally after surgery every day with instructions! Dr. Cortes is a miracle and I can’t be happier with my results

I first saw the ad for this place in Houston Magazine and started my research about the company, the procedure and the doctors. I love what I found out and decided to make my appointment with Dr. Cortes. From the first time I walked into this place, I felt welcomed by Cindy. Dr. Cortes was gracious, knowledgeable and professional. He asked me about what was that I wanted to accomplish and told me everything I needed to know about the outcome and the procedure. I did not feel pushed or rushed to make any decisions at the moment.

On the day of my surgery (two weeks after my consultation,) I took a friend for consultation and she felt so good about Dr. Cortes that she is going to see him soon for her procedures. Nurse was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful that made the whole day feel comfortable and less nerving. She held my hand, which made me relaxed during the procedure. She took care of me with kindness and beautiful smile.
On my first follow up visit, I am taking another friend for consultation with Dr. Cortes, and I know that she will feel the same about him as I did.
As for the procedure, it is a little uncomfortable when getting numb, but bearable. I took no painkillers that were prescribed, but only two Advils the first night. I felt soar the next day, like you’ve been in a boxing match, but nothing that can’t be manageable. I saw results from the first time that I took my compression garment off to take a shower (48 hours after surgery,) and cannot wait to see the final result.
I recommend this place and this doctor to anyone who is looking for liposuction. I happily will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Excellent doctor! I love my results! I had liposuction of my entire mid section to include the back and thighs with fat transfer to my hips. My body looks great and I couldn’t be happier. The process was easy and fast with the help of Ms. Ingrid, she was an amazing patient coordinator.

Dr. Cortes is such an amazing Dr. and outstanding surgeon! I’m so blessed to have read many reviews that assured me this was the Dr. for my reconstruction of a problem with my implants that were leaking after being in my body for 37 years. Going into this entire experience I was very nervous and not very knowledgeable on breast augmentation. After walking out of my first consultation appointment with Dr. Cortes I was extremely happy and felt that all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. He took great effort in ensuring that I I understand the procedure, as well as all the pros and cons of breast implants. His caring and professional manner made me feel very comfortable in going forward with the surgery. I am currently in the recovery stage and overall very satisfied with the entire experience. Very glad that I chose Dr. Cortes as my surgeon!

I feel more confident with my body, I love how my clothes look better on me. My husband loves even more. My breast look amazing my nipples are center rather then lower, my waist section looks like I had a tummy tuck and I didn’t! My butt is rounder and have more of an hour glass figure.

I forgot to mention was how absolutely wonderful and welcoming the staff is at Dr. Cortes office.
Janiris and Cindy were the two wonderful ladies that I met and they truly made a big impact in my positive experience. Janiris especially made me feel very comfortable and provided me with an environment where I felt open to asking questions and expressing any concerns. After my surgery she also gave me prompt responses to my emails which I really appreciate.

After having two kids, my breasts looked like deflated water balloons. I’d considered an augmentation for several years, and finally decided to go through with it. I’m so glad I did! I decided to go with silicone implants, under the muscle, with the scar in the crease. I was only out of commission for a few days, which I slept through with painkillers.Best thing I ever did!
