Going into this entire experience I was very nervous and not very knowledgeable on breast augmentation. After walking out of my first consultation appointment with Dr. Cortes I was extremely happy and felt that all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. He took great effort in ensuring that I I understand the procedure, as well as all the pros and cons of breast implants. His caring and professional manner made me feel very comfortable in going forward with the surgery. I am currently in the recovery stage and overall very satisfied with the entire experience. Very glad that I chose Dr. Cortes as my surgeon!

I feel more confident with my body, I love how my clothes look better on me. My husband loves even more. My breast look amazing my nipples are center rather then lower, my waist section looks like I had a tummy tuck and I didn’t! My butt is rounder and have more of an hour glass figure.

I gained a more youthful butt that i couldn’t do in the gym for years. Better overall shape and figure! Dr Cortes was easy to talk to and made me feel at ease during pre op and post op visits. I had an allergic reaction to something on my incision and he was quick to get me on correct antibiotic and I could tell he and nurses empathized with me.The overall results took some time as with any BBL procedures but I’m extremely happy with the results and glad I did it!Will go back to him in future!

I forgot to mention was how absolutely wonderful and welcoming the staff is at Dr. Cortes office.
Janiris and Cindy were the two wonderful ladies that I met and they truly made a big impact in my positive experience. Janiris especially made me feel very comfortable and provided me with an environment where I felt open to asking questions and expressing any concerns. After my surgery she also gave me prompt responses to my emails which I really appreciate.

After having two kids, my breasts looked like deflated water balloons. I’d considered an augmentation for several years, and finally decided to go through with it. I’m so glad I did! I decided to go with silicone implants, under the muscle, with the scar in the crease. I was only out of commission for a few days, which I slept through with painkillers.Best thing I ever did!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Cortes and his staff. This is some of the best medical care I have received. The administration was extremely nice to me, whenever we talked on the phone or over email I felt as if we had been long time friends. They were very kind and listened to everything I had to say and were extremely helpful. In particular, His assistants were super open and respectful, and always prepared.

I had a double incision ftm top surgery. I felt that Dr. Cortes and I chose this procedure together as the best one that fit for me. The hospital was a great choice as well, I felt extremely taken care of by Dr. Cortes and the Aesthetician, and the hospital staff. I didn’t have many complications, and whenever I had a question, the office and Dr. Cortes were always right there to provide support and an answer.

I would absolutely go back if I needed any other type of cosmetic procedure; I highly recommend Dr. Cortes and the staff!

In addition, I am extremely happy with my results. Everything has gone really smoothly in terms of healing. I check up with Dr. Cortes every month. He is very well informed and experienced in this type of procedure.

He has been my plastic surgeon for years. I keep returning to him because he is an artist. I have had him work on my face, breasts, arms, tummy, and legs. The results have been fabulous. He, of course, would be my first choice for more work. The outcome. It looks natural, but better.
