What I tell doctor Cortes each time I go for a check up is that he did a much better job than mother nature and he is much more talented than her too! I mean my body before the surgery was regular, nothing to write home about, maybe the sagginess on the tummy and the fat, but those would have been negatives, other than this, nothing impressive. I had an hourglass tummy tuck with a breast lift and now I look like a celebrity, no jokes about it. I adore my body and I can’t believe it is possible nowadays to dream of a body and actually get it. I look now like in my wildest dreams and it was doctor Cortes who made it possible for me. The procedure was about four hours long, I didn’t have any complications and I am telling you, girls, go for it if you want to have the body of your dreams.

I scheduled and rescheduled the consultation with Dr. Cortes for like three times. I so wanted to get the Brazilian butt lift, but I was afraid of the patient. My sister told me to just have the consultation and talk to the doctor about my fears and if I am not comfortable, I don’t have to get through with it. After the first ten minutes with doctor Cortes I knew I will be ok to have the surgery. He explained that the BBL is less invasive compared to the butt implants and the results are all natural, few and rare post-op complications and the pain is not so intense because the muscles are not sectioned like when the butt implants are inserted. He gave me so much confidence, it was like I could have got the surgery immediately! I was scheduled two months and a half from the time of the consultation, dr. Cortes is booked months in advance, but for me it was ok. He explained that it is not possible to get the surgery immediately, I needed to do blood tests and prepare a little.
The surgery day was ok, nothing special to report, not too much pain or anything. After I got home I struggled a bit with sleeping on the tummy and getting off the bed without help, but I got used to it in a few days. I had some questions about showing and cleaning the area so I called Janiris, the office manager, you won’t believe how kind and professional are these people, I absolutely adore them!
I’m grateful I met doctor Cortes and he did my BBL. I was scared of the surgery and I think that if I would have had the consultation with another doctor I would have never gone through with the procedure. Dr. Cortes is easy to trust and rely on because he is so friendly and experienced. So if you have a fear of pain, doctors and hospitals in general, try doctor Cortes and you’ll be ok.

Getting plastic surgery in my late 40s was probably the best decision I ever made about my wellbeing. There is nothing that compares to feeling young and more importantly looking young when life has already took its tool on you. I had three children, all grown up now and I was free to do what I wanted with my time and money, so I went in and had a mommy makeover with doctor Cortes. You might think I was a bit old for a mommy makeover, but apparently this was the right procedure for me, as I needed some lipo and some work done both at the tummy and the breasts. I got great results and now I’m a walking, talking advertisement for doctor Cortes!

I need some advice before taking the plunge. I have my surgery scheduled in four days, the hourglass butt augmentation with dr Cortes. The consultation with him was great, but I wanted to ask you how did you feel after the anesthesia and if you did something to feel better immediately after. I have had a bad experience with general anesthesia before, it takes forever to wake up from it and I feel like I was hit by a bus after waking up. I told the dr this and he said everything will be ok and I shouldn’t worry, but I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced something similar and have some advice for me. I will try to eat light the days before the surgery and mostly fresh fruits, avoid fried foods and overly processed foods, alcohol and caffeine, other ideas would be highly appreciated. I will also try to drink plenty of water in the days before, but I don’t know how much this will help.
I am not concerned about the surgery as it is, I have all confidence that dr Cortes will do an amazing job. We talked a lot about the recovery and the results during the consultation and I have been looking at before and after pics of his former patients for months, so I am really ok with him doing the surgery and I trust him completely. It is just this small issue of the general anesthesia. My mom was so scared for me the last time when I had issues waking up and this made a lasting impression on me and now I am a bit scared. Dr Cortes said there won’t be any issues and if it happened once this is no indication that it will happen every time, more than this he ensured me that the anesthesia is done by a board-certified anesthetist and I will be monitored non-stop, so all should be good. I am just thinking if maybe there is something that I could do before the surgery to make sure there are no anesthesia complications. Thanks girls!

In two days I’m having an hourglass tummy tuck with dr Cortes and I’m excited and anxious at the same time, I can’t think of anything else. I spent this week cleaning the house and going grocery shopping and then cooking, and more cleaning, just to keep myself busy. The times seems to go so slow now, it’s crazy. I had the procedure scheduled two months ago, after the first consultation with dr Cortes. It was a hit and run business, as in we hit it off right away and scheduled the surgery when the consultation was done. I kinda knew what to expect in terms of costs and Brianna confirmed that my estimate was correct when she gave me a quote after the consultation with the surgeon. It’s not cheap, I’ll tell you this, but who wants cheap plastic surgery? Really now, all I want is the beautiful hourglass shape and to get rid once and for all of the skin sagginess on the tummy. Dr Cortes said that even some of the stretch marks will disappear with the skin excision, so I am really looking forward to that because I am so sick and tired of those obnoxious stretch marks that make me look like an old zebra. I fell like for the last two years I’ve been postponing everything. Starting with seeing friends and even getting a new pair of jeans or new clothes. Believe it or not, I’m still wearing the maternity jeans, but they are so comfy and they don’t cut into the folds on the tummy which is a big deal for me. I feel that I have spent so much time in leggings and maternity clothes over the last few years that it will be difficult to see myself getting dressed in nice clothes again. But I hope that after the surgery and with new confidence, I’ll get back to the strong, beautiful woman I was before getting pregnant the first time.
I have so much plans for after the surgery, places to go, people to see, I just can’t wait. Dr Cortes told me it will be a few months until making a complete recovery after the surgery, but I am already making plans for a holiday with just my husband, to really enjoy my new body shape. I am so positive and confident that I will look just the way I want and I just want to get it over with the surgery asap ????

I did it! I just had my wonder breast augmentation with doctor Cortes two days ago! It was an amazing experience and I am surprised every day by how the process evolves and by my look! I was always so self-aware because of the lack of boobs and always felt inadequate and not feminine enough. I became being more and more shy and avoided any situations when I should have been in charge, even at work, or at my kids school. There were days when I was thinking I could do so much more, but when it came down to it, I rarely did anything at all. The pain is not easy to endure, but I know it is all worth it.

Dr. Cortes is my favorite doctor in the whole wide world now! If it would be possible, I would go see him for all my health issues! He is so kind and accommodating and so professional and I felt so good during the consultation and even after the surgery that I recommend him to everyone looking for plastic surgery on the body. Cortes really cares about the patient’s wellbeing and he will give you lots of tips and advices to get well soon and face no complications. There is nothing that I regret about my surgery, maybe just the fact that I didn’t have the two procedures at the same time, as he initially suggested, but I wasn’t convinced at that time.

About two years ago I had a breast augmentation in Thailand, I though is a good idea to get bigger breasts since I was there for over a month visiting friends that relocated there. The cost of the procedure was very cheap and my friends kept telling me that Thailand is amazing for plastic surgery. Anyway, I did it. Some get tattoos when they are drunk, I got bigger boobs. It wasn’t a stellar idea to be honest and I don’t recommend this to anyone. I got an infection after the surgery and I can tell you that the after care was very limited and I was in terrible pain, not to mention the incisions opened and I thought I’m never to be ok. I returned to Texas and things seemed to be ok for a while, but when I went for a MRI they said the right implant is ruptured and leaking. The pain started again and at this point I just wanted them out and to never hear about breast implants again. A friend recommended doctor Cortes and I hoped he’ll see me and take me in as a patient. The first consultation was ok, he said that plastic surgery abroad is rarely a good idea and I completely agreed, but now we have to fix it. I told him to just take the implants out and leave the breasts as they are, but he said this is not a good idea, the breasts will be saggy after being stretched by the implant for so long. He recommended either to change the implants with new ones, a better quality, or to get a breast lift. I chose to get new implants since I got used to the idea meanwhile, so why not. This time around, after the surgery I think I was in less pain than the first one and doctor Cortes prescribed analgesic medication and antibiotics, so I don’t get an infection again. The breasts look much better, feel much better and I am more happy than before.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to get surgery abroad, everything is simple until you face a complication, then you are just a nuisance for them and they want to get rid of you as soon as possible. Here, I felt great with doctor Cortes and his team. They are amazing people and highly experienced and professional.
