What is really impressive about dr. Cortes is his ability to talk to different people and recognize the best course of action even when the body is not in its best shape. I found dr. Cortes in a group on facebook where women were talking about the post-pregnancy body. When I first heard them mention him, I didn’t check things further, but when he kept coming up in different conversations, I just got curious. And now I am so happy that I did. I first checked his facebook profile, then went to the sites and social media. I’ve seen so many pics of amazing transformations for his patients, I knew I have to see him and see what he can say or what he has in store for me. I was so looking forward to a bit of hope of improvement for my body that was making me so disappointed every day. The clothes didn’t fit me well since after the first pregnancy and I so wanted to look good again that I scheduled a consultation with him straight away. I didn’t even know if I had the money, but I knew that I will do my best to get a body like the other patients he had.
Dr. Cortes has been nothing short from a miracle maker in my case. There are still days when neither me or my husband believe that this is how I look now. I had the hourglass tummy tuck with dr. I’m day three after my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Cortes, the pain has subsided and I am feeling more human. It wasn’t simple, I’ll tell you this. The day I got home from the hospital I felt that nothing changed, aside from a feeling of being tired, I felt like I could do things around the house, talked to my hubby without getting too tired or speechless, but once I fell asleep, I woke up in pain and like the first day didn’t existed. I couldn’t find the pills fast enough. In the evenings and at night the pain is worse and it is accentuated by the fact that I can’t sleep on my back at all. My hubby said he’ll get more pillows and arrange them so I will feel better, but he didn’t get a chance to go shopping yet. Other people told me that the pain will last no longer than a week, but right now it feels it will take forever this week.
I’m also worried a bit about the scars, I saw doctor Cortes yesterday and he said everything looks good and there is no sign of infection, this is great news, I thought I was a bit feverish and thought maybe the incisions got infected, but no.
Dr. Cortes was great before the surgery, he gave me lots of confidence that things will be ok. He is the best possible when it comes to patient’s care. So accommodating and kind and friendly and at the same time very professional. Now we have another follow up consultation in a few days, I hope he’ll say everything is ok.
The breasts are really big, I think a bit bigger than I expected, and they feel like rocks at this point. I have a tension sensation in the chest, probably the implants stretching the tissues. At this point is not very comfortable, but Dr. Cortes explained it is only temporary and normal. I’m looking forward to see how it will evolve in time and when the breasts will descend and soften.

To say I love my new breasts would be an understatement. I absolutely adore them and I couldn’t recommend doctor Cortes enough! Doctor Cortes did an amazing job and got me the boobs of my dreams. Things couldn’t have been better, my breasts really look better than in my wildest fantasies. And it is not just me noticing this, is everyone around me, my parents, my husband. My surgery was perfect love my result butt implant

I always wanted to share with you my experience with the hourglass butt augmentation surgery. It has been a year since I went under the knife, and only now I got the time to write a review of the surgery here. I have had positive experience with the hourglass butt augmentation, even though during the first few months after the surgery I was uncertain as to whether I will get the improvements I desired.
I am a 38 years old woman. I have four children, which means the pregnancies had affected my body in negative ways, let alone the effects of aging. Like many women out there, I desired to get the hourglass body that features wider hips and smaller waist. On top of that, my butts lacked projection and I wanted to have fuller butts that can make me look more feminine.

What I can tell you about having a tummy tuck is that the pain is real. Very real, very present and it will hit you after the effects of the general anesthesia is gone. The good news is that if you are having the procedure with Dr. Cortes, he will tell you all about this and prescribe you medication to get over it. He asked me how is my tolerance to pain and I thought is rather good with my two pregnancies and all, but apparently I am not as good with pain as I was when I was younger. The Dr.was so understanding and prescribed new pain medication when I told him I’m still in pain with what he gave me before. It was also my back, really really painful due to all that laying on the back. The new painkillers helped big time, so if you know you are not good with pain, tell him this from the beginning so you don’t have to go through the discomfort.
The tummy tuck is not a very simple procedure to go through. When you see the scars of other patients so small and like fine lines you imagine that this is how you’ll look like the next day after the surgery, but this is just not what happens. My scar seemed so long and red and all the things I feared that I was already asking the Dr. about scar treatments and if I can take it off with laser. But he said this is just a stage, things will get better, etc etc. But the thing is that they did get better. Now I am the happy owner of a fine looking scar that I can easily tuck in my panties if I want to keep it away from prying eyes! Really now, the scar will be the last thing you have to worry if you have surgery with Dr. Cortes. He is very good, so good that he can even make jokes about it!

My husband wanted bigger breasts and he kept suggesting this like since we met. He is very much into huge boobs and I was a very clear A cup. Dr. Cortes is very professional, and very good at what he does. I had a good surgery and no worried during recovery aside from some pain that I guess is normal.
