I went to Dr. Cortes because I wanted a more accentuated figure. In my mind, I had the idea of enlarging my butt to achieve this end. However, Dr. Cortes advised against it, and instead did an hourglass lipo on me. It was a short procedure but the results are amazing.

I have tried many diets to get my “momie” pouch to go away. Finally I found this wonderful guy. He gave me my body back. Very happy with his work.

I really appreciate the efforts of Dr. Cortes. He actually cares, and follows up on his patients. He did a tummy tuck on me, and I developed a slight infection. I’m day three after my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Cortes, the pain has subsided and I am feeling more human. It wasn’t simple, I’ll tell you this. The day I got home from the hospital I felt that nothing changed, aside from a feeling of being tired, I felt like I could do things around the house, talked to my hubby without getting too tired or speechless, but once I fell asleep, I woke up in pain and like the first day didn’t existed. I couldn’t find the pills fast enough. In the evenings and at night the pain is worse and it is accentuated by the fact that I can’t sleep on my back at all. My hubby said he’ll get more pillows and arrange them so I will feel better, but he didn’t get a chance to go shopping yet. Other people told me that the pain will last no longer than a week, but right now it feels it will take forever this week.

I’m also worried a bit about the scars, I saw doctor Cortes yesterday and he said everything looks good and there is no sign of infection, this is great news, I thought I was a bit feverish and thought maybe the incisions got infected, but no.

Dr. Cortes was great before the surgery, he gave me lots of confidence that things will be ok. He is the best possible when it comes to patient’s care. So accommodating and kind and friendly and at the same time very professional. Now we have another follow up consultation in a few days, I hope he’ll say everything is ok.

The breasts are really big, I think a bit bigger than I expected, and they feel like rocks at this point. I have a tension sensation in the chest, probably the implants stretching the tissues. At this point is not very comfortable, but Dr. Cortes explained it is only temporary and normal. I’m looking forward to see how it will evolve in time and when the breasts will descend and soften.

I always wanted to share with you my experience with the hourglass butt augmentation surgery. It has been a year since I went under the knife, and only now I got the time to write a review of the surgery here. I have had positive experience with the hourglass butt augmentation, even though during the first few months after the surgery I was uncertain as to whether I will get the improvements I desired.

Some might think they will look not very natural, but this is how my dream breasts look like and this is what I am going to get. Dr Cortes said a high profile will do this for me, so I went with all of his recommendations and now I can’t wait to see how I’ll look after surgery. We talked a bit about what will happen during recovery and he mentioned swelling and bruising, I expect a lot of that and to last forever because this is how my body reacts, but it’s all good, I’m prepared and not worried in the slightest.
My boob job is scheduled three weeks from now, they managed to find me a spot before the date we scheduled at the consultation, and this is something that I appreciated a lot. They scheduled me in two months after the consultation, but it was a bad time for me with the kids school and all and I asked if maybe I can have the surgery sooner. I never had a constant weight, I would easily gain a few (more) pounds over the Christmas holiday but they would shed off before Easter. With aging, the pounds would be more and more stubborn to stay on and I started having more and more developed fat pockets around the waist. Combined with a small and flat buttocks it didn’t look nice at all. And I am in the entertainment industry so I can’t really afford to not look nice.
Dr. Cortes recommended a butt augmentation with implants and fat, I thought it would be better to skip the implants as I thought I had so much fat at the waist already and it would compensate. He said that without the implants I won’t get that hot projection that we discussed and the augmentation won’t be spectacular, but I thought at least I avoid the risks associated with implants and get rid of the fat in the waist and tummy. After the procedure was done, I kinda liked my new shape, despite the swelling and the bruising and I told the doc I’m happy but he said this is not the final results. After two months, the buttocks was smaller, just like he said but it was still ok. And after this all went down hill. I had a tough period at work, I worked 16 hours per day, not much sleep, not much to eat, in a month I lost a lot of weight and it seemed that there was nothing left after my buttocks augmentation. I also missed the three months follow up consultation with the doc and went to see him after things settled down. He noticed too that the fat disappeared with the weight loss and said it is normal to be so and that he explained before the surgery, which was true. Anyway, after a few months we scheduled the butt augmentation with implants, like he suggested in the first place and now I am six months the proud owner of a perky butts!
